1 HOUR WORKOUT. 5-10 MIN. WARM UP FOLLOWED BY 40 MIN. OF LIGHT LIFTING AND CAPPED OFF WITH 5-10 MIN. OF HIGH INTENSITY CONDITIONING.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS BASED ON THE INDIVIDUALS NEEDS AND GOALS.

$350/month

Based on 12 (1-hour) sessions a month with a group of 3-5 lucky athletes. Amount of sessions per month can be adjusted, but this is our most chosen plan.
