Can I join anytime?

Yes! You can join at any time. Programs are rolling, changing weekly. We ensures a better training experience as the coaches guide you to fit meet your goals and support you in becoming part of our community.

When can I access the gym?

The gym is open 6am-10pm every day—except Sunday. Feel free to stop by anytime!

Do all members do the same workout?

No, we have 3 different training programs with varied focuses: men's, women's, and for competing athletes. Each client follows a customized program built around their goals, with coaches always on site to guide, correct, and motivate.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, we have a dedicated parking lot for members to take advantage of at no extra charge. There is also free street parking available during weekdays.

What is THRIVE LA?

Our mission goes beyond our members. Through our partnership with the Mar Vista Family Center, we dedicate a portion of our annual profits to provide free fitness classes for parents and free soccer training for youth. Our goal is simple: to empower the community with the confidence, discipline, and hope needed to not only survive in life — but to thrive. If you’re not a member, you can still support our initiative by purchasing Lucky Athletes apparel, with all proceeds going directly to funding more community programs. Together, we’re building strength — inside and outside the gym.
